I don’t see anything wrong for women to wish for a beautiful body. Once you feel good about yourself, the confidence within you will bring out the best in all you can be but don’t overdo things… take it slow, losing weight is not an overnight practice and you must be patient enough to wait for your hard work. You must also take some weight loss supplements that can replace all the nutrients in your food once you start your diet. I wish you well and a healthier you, soon!

Hello Dear EmmyRose!
I am so happy that you have finally reached this conclusion; that all things are possible through Christ; and that until we CAN get healed, we must trust in His strength and comfort. I think I fought my illness and God for the first 15 years after I got diagnosed, and that was all wasted time. When I relaxed and spent more time in prayer, asking Him what did he want me to learn from this, and how could I use this suffering to help others, then life was much easier to deal with. There IS a purpose for our illness. We learn many things. It is like a quick, hard course in the virtues. We learn the virtues that others might never learn. Others learn things from getting to know us! We have been “chosen” to be an example to others! We have been “chosen” to be able to learn spiritual things that most others don’t learn. We get closer to the Lord because we are alone, weak, needing His companionship and strength. Illness keeps us out of the world more, so we are able to hear the still small voice of the Holy Spirit more often. It is a joy to see how much you have grown even in the past year.
You will have up and down cycles. I am in a very low valley right now, but always remember that this too shall pass. At least we were given a merciful disease where there are breaks, (remissions).
Bless you EmmyRose!!!
