Now, I’m tagging Bang, Rose, Nova, Moccalyn, Ester, Tere and Vhilma
We have a family history of high cholesterol level (among other things) and even though my mom watches her food intake she still has high cholesterol and she hates to take any maintenance pills for it but she has to, her sister also suffering from high cholesterol said that she started to eat more vegetables and rarely eat red meat, she also discovered that sipping a glass of red wine just before she sleeps made her cholesterol level at a minimum. So my mom followed her advise and she know eats more vegetables, fruits and hardly red meat, she also took the habit of sipping a glass of red wine before bed time and she even allowed me to drink once in a while. We started to buy red wine and my mom even learned some dishes that use red or white wine, it just adds flavor to every cuisine and it enhances the taste. Now, we got some pretty good collection of wines and my aunt gave a lovely wine rack for my mom’s birthday. It’s lovely and it holds together our wine collection and it looks great too. This will make a great Father’s Day gift as well, so make sure you visit
