My mom’s long time childhood friend that resides in North Carolina was on the phone with my mom the other day, discussing how painful it is with their age to get sick and she said that my mom was so blessed that she is as healthy as she can be, while she’s been sick for ages and if not for her North Carolina health insurance she could be in debt because of her medication. Well, at least she has something to be grateful for and I really hope she’ll get better soon.
