For someone who suffers a chronic disease and someone who are more prone to drug allergies such as I am, it is always important to know what you will do in case of an emergency. I remembered an incident where I fainted in a mall and my friend brought me to the emergency room of the hospital since I was unconscious I couldn’t tell them that I have Lupus and I’m also allergic to most medicines, it was a good thing that my friend called up my mom and she got there just in time before the medics give me anything. This is the reason why, I carry along my pocket a note stating the dos and don’ts for me in case of emergencies. If only we could have a medical ID bracelet that can make the medics to give precise treatment and to avoid any errors. I think this is also very helpful for children and infants so that a Child Medical Alert can be treated properly whenever you see the bracelet or the necklace. I really hope we can also have it here.
