(just sharing some notes I made during my insomnia attack)

It strikes slowly at night, when everyone else is sleeping and you are all alone. The clock is ticking and it’s almost three in the morning a few hours more and everyone else will be awake. You wonder now, when will sleep be coming to me?

Just when you did almost everything you need to do to get a good night sleep…

Take a shower, do all the beauty routine, turn on your ipOd and let the mellow tune fill your room, turn off your laptop and silence your cellphone, have the soft light and after saying your night prayers, you slowly close your eyes…. an hour has passed, you’ve been tossing and turning, your ipOd is already repeating all your songs and alas, sleep has not yet arrived. I am still wide awake! Now, I’m wondering when will sleep come to me….

I love Baguio because of the great sceneries and the cool weather. I am scheduled to go back there on the second week of December and I am anticipating that finally I can experience sitting down in the fire place and just have a quite moment alone. I am excited, maybe I can write something nice there. But what I don’t realize is that a fire place maybe romantic and all but it takes awhile to actually light up the fire and heat up the place, will it be nice to have a fire glass instead that uses natural gas instead of old gas logs? Its classy and cozy, definitely something to keep you warm in style.
